Dr. Seth Kastle
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Seth Kastle is a leadership consultant, speaker, and author, serving as an Associate Professor of Leadership at Fort Hays State University. He holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership, a M.S. in Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership. Seth is also a Tillman Scholar and an alum of the Veteran Leadership Program through the George W. Bush Institute. A retired Army First Sergeant, Dr. Kastle served tours in both Afghanistan and Iraq. His military career encompassed various leadership roles, including Drill Sergeant, Senior Drill Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, and First Sergeant.
As an organizational consultant, he has taught both leadership and supervision workshops. Seth has also collaborated with the Tillman Leadership Institute, Wounded Warrior Project, and the Fort Worth Independent School District, hosting workshops on PTSD and the military family dynamics. Seth was raised in Kensington and currently lives in WaKeeney with his wife and two daughters.

Dr. LeAnn Brown
CHIEF LEADERSHIP OFFICER
Dr. LeAnn Brown, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a leadership development coach and consultant, as well as an Associate Professor of Management at Fort Hays State University. She co-founded The Well-Center for Hope, a non-profit organization that operates as a local coffee shop focused on mental health in Western Kansas. With extensive experience in leadership, HR, and organizational development, LeAnn is a certified leadership and mindset coach and HR professional. She holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership, an M.S. in Adult Education and Training, and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership.
LeAnn provides training and consulting on employee morale, organizational culture, succession planning, and leadership development. She also coaches and trains emerging leaders, managers, and executives across various industries. LeAnn and her husband, both raised in WaKeeney, now live there with their two children.

Kasiah Rothchild
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Kasiah Rothchild is a certified project manager, financial consultant, and financial examiner at the Kansas Office of State Bank Commissioner. She holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Corporate Leadership. Kasiah has contributed to various community health initiatives as a project manager and grant writer, securing community, regional, and national grants.
Previously, Kasiah served as a public health director for the Thomas County Health Department, overseeing programs, budgeting, staffing, and organizational activities. She was actively involved in the Thomas County Coalition, a multi-agency and resident group, where she collaborated on community health initiatives and managed grant writing efforts.
Raised on a family farm in northwest Kansas, Kasiah now resides in WaKeeney with her husband and four daughters.
